Direct Thermal Labels Item Code: Type: Sold By Quantity Labels Direct Thermal Permanent Description Direct Thermal Transfer Labels are designed for use in most thermal label printers, including Zebra, Sato, Intermec, Honeywell, Datamax, HP, Epson and others. Available in Preferred stock and Value stock. Direct Thermal Transfer labels have an additional protective top coating that provides a more environmental resistance than non top coated labels specifically to oils and moisture; may also have some plasticizer and alcohol resistance and are better able to handle wet rub or scuffing situations. Also available as uncoated which are appropriate for more general use in dry applications where oils and liquids are not present. Preferred stock labels are made of top performance paper and produced to the highest standards of quality. Preferred labels provide excellent strength and are designed to offer maximum performance; applications include indoor and outdoor applications, smudge and scratch resistant. Value stock labels are made of standard paper and provide the perfect balance between performance and price. Value labels offer an economical option for short-term and indoor applications. Labels come in a wide variety of sizes, configurations and colors. Standard core size is 3" with an 8" OD, wound out, perfed between each label. Also available with no perfs, can be fanfolded and available in various core and OD sizes.
